Junior Jaelynn Vivanco is March’s candidate for math student of the month for her exceptional hard work and dedication.
Math teacher Ms. Erin Murphy nominated Jaelynn for student of the month in her AP Precalculus class stating that “Jaelynn exemplifies what it means to be a dedicated math student. She is a hard worker and has had an A average each marking period.” Murphy also stated that “she is conscientious and dedicated to her studies.”
Jaelynn said she felt “Happy and accomplished” to receive this award, saying that she thinks her hard work in the class is what got her student of the month.
When asked for her favorite part of the class, Jaelynn said, it was “being in class with my friends”. When asked for a fun fact, Jaelynn said she didn’t like chocolate and that she had never watched a Marvel movie until this year.
