The Student of the Month for mathematics is sophomore Qais Abuawad for his strong grades and his hard work.
According to Abuawad’s math teacher, Mr. Brian Brzozowski, Abuawad is helpful towards his peers in class.
After receiving this award, Abuawad said he was feeling really good. He acknowledged that he is “pretty good at math” and that he is “always doing work.” These are just a few reasons why Abuawad believes he received the award.
His favorite part about math class is his teacher, Mr. Brozowski. Abuawad said, “he is a good teacher, interesting person, and is always helping his students.”
When asked, Abuawad shared two fun facts. He loves quantum and astrophysics, and likes to play games such as Titanfall 2.
