Aris Sosa was nominated for Student of the Month by Ms. Jamie Haftek-Shopshear and the CORE program. Sosa is an extremely hard-working student and is always extremely kind to others, according to Ms. Haftek-Shopshear.
Ms. Haftek-Shoshear says she always “comes to school with a smile on her face, and she is friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand.”
Her teachers and peers also speak very highly of her.
Sosa was extremely surprised and excited to receive this award. She believes she got recognized because she “always does her best and tries a lot.”
She also enjoys writing and learning and hopes to keep doing well in her classes.
