Whethere it’s 2020 (pictured here) or 2022, Dua Lipa always shows up in style at the Grammys.
The 64th Annual Grammy Awards Ceremony was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3, 2022. This year’s ceremony gave us some amazing musical performances, but, as always, it was the Grammy red carpet that gave everyone something to talk about with some jaw dropping outfits and some others that left more to be desired., Here’s who wore it best on the 2022 carpet:
You never know what to expect from Lil Nas X but you just know he will not disappoint. Wearing a white, pearl-encrusted suit featuring a butterfly in the middle and a matching set of platform boots that gave him a glamorous height boost, the rapper and singer definitely stood out from the rest. He deserved all the attention he received.
“It’s Doja Cat’s planet and we’re just living in it,” said the hosts of E! News when Doja Cat walked in the red carpet wearing a satin corset with crystal-embellished boning under a layer of sparkling sheer fabric that gave her an amazing wet look. The artist matched this look with mint green platforms and a glass handbag straight from the runway. Her jewelry, makeup and spiked bleach blonde hair channeled Gwen Stefani and really helped her achieve that Y2K look that was very popular on this year’s red carpet.
Dua Lipa seems to be committed to keeping her streak of bold looks on the red carpets. This year she gave us a combination of vintage, edgy and fierce. The artist wore the unforgettable bondage dress from the label’s 1992 fall ready-to-wear collection channeling Donatella Versace. She also surprised everyone by changing her raven black hair for a dyed light blonde. Dua lipa is definitely always a standout.
If you are going to dress as a group, this is how you do it. The seven members of the band coordinated their outfits perfectly choosing to do a modern look wearing Louis Vuitton suits in the shades cream, chocolate brown, blue and camel with floral accents. When it comes to fashion these boys get it right every time.
If there is someone who can always live up to people’s expectations, it is Lady Gaga. The artist looked amazing in an old Hollywood glamor that not many people can pull off. She wore a simply beautiful asymmetrical custom Armani Privé gown that she styled with a chunky collar necklace. She looked beautiful, just like a silver screen star.
The DJheiress stepped into the red carpet shining. She was covered in jewels, wearing an Atelier Zuhra sheer cape naked dress. She completed this look with silver metallic pointed-toe pumps and a Barbie-like ponytail. Paris Hilton once again proved that no one can do it like an it girl does it.
