Junior Formal: A Night of Sparkle and Shine

Lakeland Regional High School’s Class of 2024 had their annual Junior Formal on May 12, 2023.

The formal turned out to be a great success. Headed by 2024’s class advisor Ms.Varsa Wilber and the Class of 2024’s officers, they were able to create a night to remember.

This year’s formal was hosted at Portobellos Banquet in Oakland, New Jersey. They served a very flavourful, diverse dinner, and a fun ice cream social dessert. The event was very well organized and had an awesome DJ keeping the night alive with a wide variety of songs.

The night consisted of eating, socializing, and a ton of dancing. The juniors were able to converse with their friends, while spending the night in sparkly dresses and finely pressed suits. Many of the juniors expressed that getting to see everyone so dressed up was a great change of pace from the casual school setting.
