Lakeland Regional girls varsity cheer had a great season, accomplishing their goals of leading the crowd and showcasing their Lancer spirit, something both Coach Nicole Decarlo and the varsity cheer captains all agreed on.

Not only did the squad accomplish their best basket tosses ever, but the girls all seemed to have fun on the sidelines, making coach Decarlo very happy.

“Go-to” captain Kendall Lomascola, senior, along with other senior captains Izzy Fenske, Emma Rubacky, Maggie Toledo, Brielle Marks, and Tori Gavin made this successful season possible by taking on the leadership role and hyping up both the football players and the student section.

Overall, the team had a great season, and the Lakeland community is looking forward to more Lancer spirit from the squad.
