Senior Kayla Barnhardt was nominated for October student of the month for cross country. Coach Domiano Conforti praised Kayla, saying she got this award for her “1st team all Conference and Top 3 finish in the Big North Conference Race.” Coach Conforti also shared she was, “1st team all County and finished Top 5 in the Passaic County Championship.”
Kayla is honored to earn student of the month and shared with The Ledger, “Cross country is my favorite sport and my favorite part is running through the different scenery with the team.” Kayla will continue her running career at Lander University in South Carolina.
