Declan Buonomo, sophomore, was nominated as CORE Student of the Month by his special education teacher, Ms. Jamie Haftek-Shopshear. Ms. Haftek-Shopshear shares that Buonomo has grown so much since last year, and has been “working all year to set goals and reach them.” On receiving this honor, Buonomo expressed to the Ledger how happy he was. He also shared that he is super outgoing and friendly, and his favorite song is Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”
