Senior Carson Gardner has been awarded an LRHS Student of the Month award in computer science for the month of March. He was nominated by math and computer science teachers Ms. Erin Murphy and Mr. Andrew Truong. Carson is an excellent student in computer science. He’s part of the computer science UPAL program and he has been very successful in his field while earning himself very high grades. Carson earned a 4 on the APCS exam and he is currently taking APCSP. The combination of being a very hard worker and highly understanding of the concepts in his field, Carson has been able to really succeed in computer science. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that his programs work and that they are the best quality that they can possibly be. Carson is always there to help out his peers with debugging and issues with their programming.
