Sophomore Emily Kebrdle was student of the month in January for her dedication and remarkable accomplishments in athletics, especially in swimming. She was recognized and honored for being an instrumental part of leading relay to victory at the Passaic County Swim Meet of Champions. When interviewed by the Lancer Ledger and asked about what she enjoyed the most about her sport, she said that it “…is getting to swim with teammates and my friends.” She then went on to add that she has been swimming since the age of five, which clearly proves her great passion for swimming.
