Freshman Conrad Jankowski is September’s Student of the Month for the CORE Program. Jankowski was nominated by Ms. Jamie Haftek- Shopshear for having “made such a smooth transition to Lakeland.”
Ms. Haftek-Shopshear also shared that Conrad “is excited to get more involved here” and mentioned how easily he has “stolen the hearts of all of the staff members that have had the pleasure of working with him.”
Conrad believes that he received this award for being “super smart” and his favorite class activity is to learn about science and world culture.
When asked to share some fun facts about himself, Jankowski enthusiastically shared that he enjoys learning about math and cars.
