As the Lakeland Regional High School’s Class of 2025 approaches graduation, many are getting ready to embrace a brand new chapter of their lives after high school. The Ledger had the opportunity ask some seniors to reflect on their best times as a Lancer and the paths before them:
Will Helphingstine

When asked what his plans are for after high school, senior Will Helphingstine said, “My Plans after high school are to study finance at Bentley University. Bentley is located in the suburbs, about 15 minutes from Boston. After that, my goal is to get a return offer after my junior year internship at JP. Morgan under the Mergers and Acquisitions Division.” Bentley University, where Helphingstine is attending, is a private business school, located in Waltham, Massachusetts. Before going to college, Helphingstine will be working with Ray Nebiker Electric over the summer.
His favorite memory as a Lancer was the White Out football game, where we beat Governor Livingston 35-9, saying, “School spirit was through the roof, the stands were packed like sardines, and as seniors, we were down below leading chants. Plus, I just bought my new Black BMW the day before and got to take Gabi home in it.”
Catherine Wiley

(LRHS)
Senior Catherine Wiley’s plans after high school are to go to Sacred Heart University for nursing, where she will also run track. Sacred Heart University is a private school located in Fairfield, Connecticut that offers Division One sports.
Wiley’s favorite memory from her time at Lakeland was “Getting to run the 4×400 at Penn Relays with my team.” Being able to compete at Penn Relays is a different experience because of the many in attendance that scream and cheer while you compete.
Jamie Calabrese
When asked what her plans are for after high school, senior Jamie Calabrese is planning to go to East Stroudsburg University, a public college in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, majoring in Exercise Science, with a concentration of Pre-Professional Therapeutic Science. She tells the Ledger, “From there, I will go to either a Chiropractic School or Physical Therapy school to get my Doctorate in the respective field.”
When she was asked about her favorite memory from high school, she said it “was being able to connect with my teachers and friends, and being able to enjoy myself throughout the school year with them. It made the hardships of classes so much easier to get through.”
Luke Krafton

Senior Luke Krafton is planning to attend Drew University, a private university in Madison, New Jersey that offers Division Three sports, where he will run cross country and track while majoring in education, with the goal to end his degree with a masters in special ed.
Krafton also says that his favorite memory was “joining Track and XC and enjoying the sport and meeting new people.” Throughout his time as a member of the track team, Krafton would receive an honorable mention all county.
Chloe Wright
When asked what her plans are for after high school, senior Chloe Wright said she is going to college to get a degree in psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson in Teaneck/Hackensack. Fairleigh Dickinson is a nonprofit, nonsectarian, multicampus institution. The university also offers over 100 undergrads and grads degree programs. This summer, Wright plans to work so that she can “go on a shopping spree before I leave for college.”
When asked what Wright’s favorite memory throughout high school, she says, “When the school stopped selling fries for a while and everyone was extremely upset. And the old bell system from when we used to get out at 2:08 pm.”
Rebekah Setti

(LRHS)
Senior Rebekah Setti’s future plan after high school is going to the University of Scranton, running D3, and studying criminal justice. Scranton, which is located in Pennsylvania, has 16 different accrediting agencies with 69 bachelor’s degree programs, 47 minors and 38 concentrations. This summer, Setti will be working as a swim instructor, vacating in South Carolina, and spending as much time with her friends as possible.
Setti said her favorite memory took place this year. The Senior Sunrise will always hold a special place to her. She says that “seeing everyone wake up early, come to school, and all live in the moment was the best way to start senior year.” Not only that, but she added that getting breakfast at QuickChek before school was also a ton of fun.
Luke Cioffoletti

(LRHS)
Senior Luke Cioffoletti’s future plans after high school include attending SUNY Oneonta College for the music industry. SUNY Oneonta College is a public college which is located in Oneonta, NY. This summer, Cioffoletti plans to spend time with family, friends, and his girlfriend, and plans on a family camping trip before he begins his college career.
Cioffoletti’s favorite high school memory is going on all the band trips and making movies in video class. On top of fun memories, Cioffoletti also leaves high school with a major accomplishment – he made the rank of being an Eagle Scout.
Isabella Constant
Senior Isabella Constant, when asked for what her plans are for after high school, said she will be attending Felician University for nursing. Felician University is a private college that is located in Bergen County. Constant’s summer plans are to stay in Montreal with her boyfriend for two weeks. She also will be completing an internship at a hospital while working two jobs.
