Lakeland Regional High School is now offering students the chance to join a Summer SAT Boot Camp for Reading & Writing and Math. The boot camp runs during the summer for 20 days from June 30, 2025 to July 28, 2025 on weekdays (Monday to Friday), between 10:20 a.m. and 1:20 p.m.
According to Mr. Damiano Conforti, the principal of summer school, the SAT Boot Camp was created not only to help students prepare for the test, but also “give them the tools and mindset needed to absolutely rock the standardized test.” The best teachers from LRHS have been chosen in order to fulfill the success of this boot camp.
Along with this, the program is set at a more affordable price when compared to outside courses in order to allow all students to be successful at a more reasonable price. The cost for each course is $350.00 per course, but as a bundle you can pay $600.00 to attend the boot camp for both courses.
Directly from Mr. Conforti, the only requirement to get into the boot camp is that “all students [have] to bring positivity and will to work for the 90 minutes sessions.”
The only current obstacle is to get enough students to be able to get the course up and running. It is important to note that the schedule for the program is very flexible, meaning that if a student would need to miss a day or they will be going on vacation, it won’t be a problem.
With high hopes for students and for the program, Mr. Conforti is anticipating running this initiative “for years to come.”
