Ryan Giordano and Olivia McCormick are the December Students of the Month for a club for their roles in the Student Council. Giordano and McCormick, both seniors, hold the role as president and vice president. Both were nonimiated by club advisor, Ms. Nicole DeCarlo, for their hard work and diligence.
Giordano feels very honored and appreciated to be getting this award. His favorite part of the Student Council is how creative they get be in putting together school events, such as the pep rally. A part from his leadership in the school, Giordano is also a leader on the ice. He has played hockey his whole life, and as a varsity hockey player, plans to continue into college.
McCormick is extrememly grateful to receive this award. McCormick is a strong leader who loves to boost the moral of the school through her role in the club. McCormick is looking forward to bringing her drive to be a leader to college next year.
