The Lancer Ledger is sponsoring a Register to Vote campaign at Lakeland Regional High School.
The campaign includes URL links to all voting needs on flyers around the school, a place in the Media Center to pick up voter information and paper registration forms, and weekly election updates on the Ledger.
Students who qualify to vote can now register for the upcoming presidential election with resources found around the school, including pamphlets with information in the Library Media Center. The deadline to register is October 15.
Eligible students of Lakeland can vote in this upcoming presidential election. Students can pre- register to vote at 17 years old, but you must be 18 years old by November 5th for Election Day to vote. Students can register to vote online, by mail, or in person.
Registering is simple, the only document you need according to NJ.gov is an NJMVC issued ID or your social security card.
