The Lancer Ledger is excited to introduce its new staff writers for the 2024-2025 school year.
This year, the Ledger is excited to welcome back sophomore Josh Jaquez as a second year journalist. Jaquez has a passion for international and political news, on top of a “profound interest in journalism.”
Our new aspiring journalist include juniors Hope Walker and Nicholas Palmadessa, sophomore Dalia Salem, and freshmen Phoebe Clidoro, Gianna Rodriguez, Elliot Fudge, Aaleyah Keckeissen, Domenic Miele, Chase Murray, Jazlene Pagan, Rylee Thomas, and Natalie Thompson.
Check out their the profiles here.
The Ledger is also looking forward to welcoming back ‘free lance’ journalists who write through the Journalism Club. The first meeting of the Journalism Club will be today, Tuesday, September 17 after school in room 503. All aspiring writers are welcome!
This year will be the seventh year of the Lancer Ledger as an online publication. The paper’s mission is to inform students, staff, and community and LRHS news and events.
