Junior Jordyn Rapp was one of LRHS’ February’s Student of the Month for Art. Nominated by art teacher, Ms. Kory Mellon, Rapp was called a “phenomenal student” for both her art and dedication to her grades and extracurriculars, which include cheerleading and National Honor Society. Ms. Mellon, who has had Rapp in Digital Photography 1 and Ceramics 2, said that she is “creative not only in her thinking but also in the production of her work.”
Rapp shared that she was surprised to receive this honor, and credits her creativity for it.
